The BMW 3 Series has four sunroof drain tubes, all located in the pillars beside the front and rear windshields. The radiator drain outlet of the BMW 3 Series is at the bottom of the radiator. Method to drain the radiator: To drain the radiator of the BMW 3 Series, lift the vehicle, remove the engine underguard, and then pull out the drain plug at the lower left corner of the radiator to release the water.
