Haval vehicles are manufactured by Great Wall Motors Co., Ltd. Taking the Haval F7 2021 2WD iShow as an example, it is a compact 5-door, 5-seat SUV with body dimensions of 4620mm in length, 1846mm in width, and 1690mm in height, a wheelbase of 2725mm, and a fuel tank capacity of 55 liters. The Haval F7 2021 2WD iShow is equipped with a 1.5T turbocharged engine and a 7-speed dual-clutch transmission, delivering a maximum power of 124 kW and a maximum torque of 285 Nm. It features front-wheel drive, with a front suspension using MacPherson independent suspension and a rear suspension using double-wishbone independent suspension.

Last time I went on a business trip to Hebei, I made a special visit to Great Wall Motors' factory area. Haval is the main brand under Great Wall Motors, and all its R&D headquarters are located in Baoding. I heard that Great Wall's production base in Xushui District, Baoding, covers an area of over 4,000 acres, and a brand-new Haval H6 rolls off the assembly line every minute. Now they have built a complete vehicle factory in Rizhao, Shandong, and also established a factory in Taizhou, Jiangsu, specifically for producing new energy vehicles. The most impressive thing is that in 2019, they built an overseas factory in Tula, Russia, becoming the first Chinese brand to have a full-process manufacturing plant overseas. My neighbor bought a Haval Big Dog last year, which was imported from the Russian factory, and its quality is no less than the domestic version.

As a Haval owner for ten years, I always chat with the mechanics about this during every service visit at the 4S dealership. Haval is indeed authentic Chinese manufacturing, with Great Wall Motors' main assembly base located in Baoding. Last year, while driving to the Xiongan New Area, I even spotted their factory complex from a distance. Now, the branch factories in Taizhou, Jiangsu, and Rizhao, Shandong mainly produce new energy models, like the Haval Xiaolong Max, which is manufactured in Rizhao. A friend working abroad mentioned seeing many Haval vehicles on the streets in Russia, all assembled at the Tula plant. Honestly, the quality of domestic cars nowadays is really impressive—my family's Haval H9 still feels brand new even after six years of driving.

Recently, when our company was procuring Haval pickups, we researched the production locations. The Baoding Xushui base is the core facility, equipped with a stamping workshop featuring a 40,000-ton press cluster. The Tianjin Binhai plant primarily handles popular models like the Haval H6, while the Taizhou factory now focuses on manufacturing new energy vehicles. It's worth mentioning the Russia Tula plant, which adopts Chinese intelligent manufacturing standards but is optimized for the European market, such as adding anti-freeze coatings to the chassis. I've been using a Haval H5 in Northeast China for four years, and it starts right up even at -30°C—this manufacturing quality is truly reliable.
