I used to drive a Cadillac ATS-L, and it felt amazing with its quick and stable acceleration. In terms of the model replacement, the ATS-L was actually discontinued around 2016 without a direct successor. Cadillac later launched the CT5 as its new flagship in 2020. I recently test-drove it and noticed significant upgrades in suspension and interior, along with smoother power delivery. If you liked the sporty feel of the older model, the CT5 inherits many of those elements but adds advanced assistance systems like blind-spot monitoring. I recommend checking out the actual car. Currently, the market mainly promotes the CT5 or the compact CT4 to replace the ATS-L's position. Personally, I think it's a great time for the brand's transformation.
