When exiting the parking space, at what position should you turn the steering wheel?

When the vehicle is moving straight, wait until the rear wheels of your car have passed or are parallel with the front wheels of the cars on either side. At this point, turning the steering wheel left or right will not collide with the adjacent vehicles. Turn the steering wheel when the possibility of collision with oncoming vehicles is minimized. Additional information: 1. Turning left when exiting: When driving out of the parking space, if there is ample space on both sides of the vehicle, for a left turn, wait until the B-pillar of your vehicle aligns with the front bumper of the car on the left before turning. 2. Turning right when exiting: Similarly, for a right turn, wait until the B-pillar aligns with the front bumper of the car on the right before turning. However, it is important to note that sometimes the cars on either side may not be parked properly. Therefore, when turning left while exiting, try to stay as far right as possible to create enough space and avoid scraping the adjacent vehicles.
