The B1 driver's license is authorized to drive medium-sized buses, which are defined as medium-sized passenger vehicles with a length of less than 6 meters and a seating capacity of more than 9 but less than 20 people. Common models include the Toyota Coaster, Jiangling Transit, and Jinbei Haise. New regulations for driver's license annual review: Holders of A and B licenses must now undergo annual reviews instead of biennial reviews. Drivers with no demerit points can be exempted from the review. According to current regulations, A and B license holders must submit a physical condition certificate every two years and participate in an annual review. As per the Ministry of Public Security's Order No. 123 on the application and use of motor vehicle driver's licenses, only A and B license holders with demerit points are required to participate in the annual review, during which they must declare their physical condition. Drivers without any demerit points in a scoring cycle are exempt from the annual review and physical condition declaration.
