What Types of Cars Are Suitable for Mineral Oil?

Mineral oil is suitable for micro cars, compact cars, and economy vehicles. Generally, cars with engines that do not have high requirements and are driven within 5,000 kilometers over six months are suitable for using mineral oil. Since these models have engines with relatively low power, the sensation of power decline due to oil degradation is minimal, naturally having little impact on the driving experience. Therefore, these types of vehicles can opt for mineral oil to achieve the most economical usage. Under normal circumstances, mineral oil can be replaced every 5,000 kilometers or every six months. In other words, if a vehicle is driven less than 5,000 kilometers in half a year, it may consider using mineral oil. The more important parameters of engine oil are actually viscosity and type. The viscosity of the oil used in a vehicle is specified by the manufacturer at the time of production. Therefore, when changing the oil, attention should be paid to whether mineral oil, semi-synthetic oil, or fully synthetic oil is the better choice.
