A3 driving license allows driving urban buses with a capacity of more than 10 people. To obtain an A3 driving license, the applicant must be at least 21 years old or have held any driving license for at least one year without any full-point record, and apply for learning at the place of household registration. The learning content mainly includes driving techniques for A3, C1, C2, C3, C4, and other permitted vehicle types, as well as methods to handle various road conditions.
