What Type of Gasoline Should the Wildlander Use?
1 Answers
Wildlander uses 92-octane gasoline, which is suitable for its CVT engine. Composition of Gasoline: Gasoline is produced by refining different gasoline components obtained from petroleum refining, such as straight-run gasoline components, catalytic cracking gasoline components, and catalytic reforming gasoline components, which are then blended with high-octane components after refining. Precautions: Generally, it is not recommended to switch to a gasoline grade lower than the standard specified in the vehicle manual. Using a lower octane gasoline may cause premature combustion, leading to engine knocking. Additionally, incomplete combustion of gasoline can result in increased carbon deposits, clogging the ducts and nozzles, and may cause fuel supply interruptions and vehicle stalling.
