9-seater vehicles should be driven with a C1 driver's license. The C1 driver's license is one of the motor vehicle driving codes. The examination subjects include four items: traffic regulations and related knowledge, field driving, road driving, and safe and civilized driving common sense. During the examination process, if one subject is failed, the following subjects will not proceed. Each subject is examined once with one retake opportunity, and there are a total of 5 retake chances. If the candidate fails after 5 retakes, the examination will be terminated. Within the validity period of the learning driver's license, reapplying for the examination is allowed. The maximum number of reapplications is determined by the local traffic management department, and the interval between examinations should not be less than 11 days. According to the "Regulations on the Application and Use of Motor Vehicle Driver's Licenses," the scope of the C1 driver's license includes small and micro passenger vehicles, light and micro cargo vehicles; light, small, and micro special operation vehicles; and small passenger vehicles with a seating capacity of 9 or fewer people. Based on these standards, a C1 license does not permit driving vehicles with more than 9 seats. Important Notes: The total length of the driven cargo vehicle must not exceed 6 meters. A C1 license does not permit driving: large buses, tractors, city buses, medium buses, large trucks, ordinary three-wheeled motorcycles, ordinary two-wheeled motorcycles, light motorcycles, wheeled self-propelled machinery vehicles, trolleybuses, and trams.
