The BYD Qin is equipped with BYD's lithium iron phosphate (LiFePO4) battery. The total voltage is 500V with an energy capacity of 13 kWh. Each lithium iron phosphate battery cell has a voltage of 3.2V, and the battery system adopts a parallel connection method with individual cell capacity of 26Ah. The BYD Qin is a high-performance sedan independently developed by BYD Company Limited as part of its second-generation DM (Dual Mode) series. Its dimensions are 4740mm in length, 1770mm in width, and 1480mm in height, with a wheelbase of 2670mm. In terms of exterior design, the Qin largely follows the concept car's styling, with only minor changes such as the removal of the original brand logo from the front grille and blue elements around the headlight clusters. The front bumper features additional chrome accents on both sides, and the headlights incorporate LED daytime running lights.
