If your driver's license has expired but not for more than 12 months, you can still renew it at the local vehicle management office. If you are authorizing an agent, you must submit the agent's identity proof and the "Motor Vehicle Driver's License Application Form" signed jointly by the agent and the driver. The driver or agent should bring the above materials to the vehicle management office to apply for the replacement of a lost driver's license. If all requirements are met, the driver's license will be reissued within one day.
