What to Do When You Can't Feel the Car Body Tilting Inside the Vehicle?

You need to observe through the vehicle's rearview mirrors by comparing the road markings seen in the left and right rearview mirrors. Correct driving requires using reference points to observe the position of the car body.
I often feel the same way, especially when parking and unable to see outside the car, which can be confusing. To solve this, I usually use the curb or adjacent parking spaces as references, glancing through the side windows and rearview mirror to check if the wheels are parallel. When reversing, I move slowly and rely on the parking assist lines aligning with the road edge for better accuracy. If the car is actually misaligned without noticing, it might lead to unstable handling or lane deviation while driving, so developing a habit of double-checking after exiting the car is the safest approach. After parking, take a few seconds to walk around the car and ensure all wheels are properly aligned and the tires aren’t rubbing against the curb. Long-term neglect of checking the car’s balance may also accelerate suspension wear, so it’s recommended to check tire pressure monthly to prevent minor issues.
