Then, apply glass glue or other adhesives around the plastic frame securing the air filter (especially the lower part) and smooth it out. If the car is still under warranty, you can visit the dealership for free repairs. Remove the water inside the passenger side promptly and dry it using a hair dryer or by exposing it to sunlight. If there is a significant amount of water, it is advisable to first remove the seat, take out the floor mats and sponge cushions, and then dry them by baking or sun exposure.
