What to Do When There's No Sound When Playing Music via Bluetooth Connection Between Car and Phone

Enter the Bluetooth settings on your phone, click the gear icon next to the paired device, and turn on "Call Audio" and "Media Audio". Go to the media volume settings in the car navigation system's settings, and turn it on or increase the volume. Disconnect the phone's WiFi signal and try reconnecting. Restart the car navigation system.
Last time my car's Bluetooth was connected to my phone but there was no sound when playing music. After struggling for a while, I realized the volume wasn't set correctly. Remember, the phone volume, in-car media volume, and steering wheel volume buttons are adjusted separately. That time, my phone volume was maxed out, but the car system was muted by default. Also, make sure 'Media Audio' is checked in the Bluetooth settings—sometimes 'Call Audio' is on but 'Media Audio' is off. If frequent disconnections occur, delete all Bluetooth pairing records between the phone and car system and re-pair them, just like rebooting a router—it works wonders. If that doesn’t help, consider a system bug; my colleague’s car suddenly worked fine after upgrading the car’s firmware.
