Motor vehicles should be processed at the vehicle management office branch corresponding to the residential address recorded in the identity document of the vehicle owner. To replace (or renew) the "Motor Vehicle License", the process will be completed within one working day from the date of acceptance. Required documents include the application form for replacement or renewal of motor vehicle license plates and certificates, as well as the identity document and its copy of the vehicle owner. The vehicle owner should submit the license plates that are not entirely damaged or lost. If the procedure is handled by an agent, the agent's identity document and its copy must also be provided.
