What to Do When the Motorcycle Throttle Cable Breaks?
1 Answers
Motorcycle throttle cable breaks can be resolved by replacing the throttle cable. There are two cables on a motorcycle that lead to the throttle grip on the right side of the handlebar. The top one is the throttle cable, which controls the throttle valve and the needle, thereby regulating the throttle. The other one is the accelerator pump cable, which, when the throttle is suddenly twisted, allows the carburetor to inject a burst of fuel into the intake tract, enhancing acceleration during rapid throttle application. This accelerator pump only functions when the throttle is twisted abruptly. Motorcycles are vehicles powered by gasoline engines, featuring two or three wheels with handlebar-controlled front-wheel steering. They are lightweight, agile, and fast, widely used for patrolling, passenger and cargo transportation, and also serve as sports equipment.
