What to Do When the Car Windshield Washer Nozzle is Clogged?

Locate the clogged wiper nozzle and carefully inspect the spray holes to identify which one is blocked. Use a sewing needle to poke into the spray hole, twist it around several times to loosen and remove any debris. If the above method doesn't work, purchase a new washer nozzle online or from a 4S shop to replace the old one.
I also encountered a clogged windshield washer nozzle last time and fixed it myself. Take a fine needle or pin and gently poke the clogged dirt in the nozzle, then add some warm water mixed with dish soap to the washer fluid reservoir. Spray a few times repeatedly, and it should clear up. If that doesn’t work, use a compressed air canister to blow through the nozzle, but be careful not to use too much pressure to avoid damaging it. Make sure to check the spray function regularly—don’t wait until it’s completely blocked. Remember, never use hard objects like toothpicks to poke around, as the nozzle is very delicate. Damaging it could require replacing the entire washer fluid reservoir assembly.
