Solutions for foggy car windows inside: 1. Preventive methods like spraying anti-fog agents - spray a small amount of defogger on the car windows and wipe clean; 2. Use the air conditioning's cooling and dehumidifying function to reduce air humidity and remove fog; 3. Eliminate condensation by reducing the temperature difference. For manual air conditioning, turn on the front window defogging mode, set the fan speed to maximum, turn on the AC switch, and adjust the temperature to the lowest - the fog on the windows will disappear shortly. Some models are equipped with rear window electric heating and external rearview mirrors - just press the switch and the fog will clear in about a minute. For automatic air conditioning, usually just press the one-touch defrost button - this automatically sets the fan to maximum speed and turns on external circulation, making it both practical and convenient.
After years of driving, foggy windows are a common annoyance, especially on rainy days or winter mornings. The fog is caused by condensation due to temperature differences between the inside and outside of the car, which can dangerously obstruct visibility. I usually press the defog button and turn on the air conditioning as soon as I get in the car, setting it to medium or high airflow directed at the windshield, using the recirculation mode to speed up dehumidification. If the fog is heavy, I first crack open a window to allow air circulation or use a towel to wipe the glass dry. For prevention, I warm up the car for a few minutes in winter and check if the air conditioning filter is clean in summer. Since adopting these habits, I've hardly had any issues—safety comes first.
