If the fuel tank cap does not pop open, it is likely stuck or rusted. After pressing the fuel tank cap switch, try pressing the cap or tapping it a few times to see if it can pop out. The specific methods are as follows: 1. If it still does not open, try inserting a thin object like a knife into the gap of the fuel tank cap, rotate it along the gap to unblock the stuck part, then press the cap to open it. 2. Inside the trunk, near the fuel tank cap side, there is a green round plastic piece; pulling it can also open the fuel tank cap. 3. The BMW 7 Series fuel tank cap does not have a physical button. The BMW 7 Series uses an electronic remote key central lock. When the car is unlocked and the key is nearby, simply press the fuel tank cap lightly, and it will open automatically.
