What to Do When Smoke Comes from the Front of the Car While Driving Through Water?

If you notice jerking while driving, white smoke and water discharge from the exhaust pipe, and the radiator is low on water with signs of bubbling, it may be necessary to replace the cylinder head gasket. If the car jerks, experiences a loss of power, discharges liquid from the exhaust pipe, and consumes excessive fuel, the issue might be with a fuel injector or the engine control unit (ECU) in one of the cylinders. If the liquid from the exhaust pipe is black, sticky, and accompanied by blue smoke, along with a noticeable lack of engine power, it is advisable to take the car to a repair shop for inspection.
