What to Do When Fuel Tank is Full and There's Severe Oil Leakage Under the Car?

If there's severe oil leakage under the car when the fuel tank is full, it is likely leaking at the connection between the fuel tank and the fuel filler pipe. The best solution is to drain some fuel out and avoid driving to consume it, as this could lead to fire or spontaneous combustion. Remember not to fill the tank completely and avoid driving a car with a full tank, as it poses significant danger. If you only refuel when the tank is nearly empty, the accumulated impurities at the bottom of the tank can be easily drawn into the fuel system, causing poor fuel delivery. When the tank is too empty, it tends to trap air, which can form condensation due to large day-night temperature differences, mixing with the fuel and resulting in poor combustion. For short-distance city driving, there's no need to fill the tank completely, as it increases the vehicle's load and leads to unnecessary fuel consumption. Therefore, filling the tank to about 80% capacity is sufficient.
