What to Do When a Car Tire Gets Punctured by a Nail?

After confirming that the tire has been punctured, sand the damaged area on the inside of the tire to smooth out the protective layer that is difficult to adhere to, then vacuum the area. Apply some special tire repair glue to the damaged area and its surroundings, firmly press the repair patch onto the damaged spot, and then apply another layer of glue for reinforcement.
I've encountered nails in tires quite a few times. Safety first is a must. Immediately slow down and pull over to a safe area - never force the drive to avoid blowout risks. Check the nail location: if it's on the outer tread, you might drive slowly to a repair shop; don't take chances with inner tread nails - change to the spare immediately. Ensure the spare has proper inflation and use complete tools for replacement, but remember not to speed after changing - get professional service ASAP. Nail position affects repairability: center punctures can be patched, sidewall damage means replacement. Avoid gravel roads when driving, and regularly check tire pressure/wear for prevention. Experience tells me small issues become big troubles when neglected - timely action is key.
