C1 license holders who accumulate 12 deduction points within a single scoring cycle will have their motor vehicle driving license confiscated by the traffic management department of the public security authority. The driver must report to the traffic management department of the public security authority at the license issuance location or the location where the violation occurred within 15 days to attend a seven-day course on road traffic safety laws, regulations, and related knowledge. After completing the course, the vehicle management office must administer a test on road traffic safety laws, regulations, and related knowledge within 20 days. If the driver passes the test, the deduction points will be cleared, and the motor vehicle driving license will be returned. If the driver fails the test, they must continue attending the course and retake the test. Drivers who refuse to attend the course or take the test will have their motor vehicle driving license suspended by the traffic management department of the public security authority.
