If your driver's license expires in another location, you can renew it there. According to the regulations on the application and use of motor vehicle driver's licenses, the driver should apply for a renewal at the vehicle management office where the license was issued or at another office outside the issuing location within 90 days before the expiration date. The following materials must be submitted when applying: 1. Fill out the motor vehicle driver's license application form as required; 2. Original medical certificate of the driver's physical condition issued by a medical institution at or above the county level; 3. Original and photocopy of the applicant's ID. If applying through an agent, the original and photocopy of the agent's ID must also be submitted; 4. Original motor vehicle driver's license; 5. Three photos of the driver. If the driver's license has been expired for more than 12 months, you must return to the place where the license was originally obtained to process the renewal.
