The point reduction through study service was officially launched on April 1, 2021, and only after that date could users begin their study. Click on the point reduction through study option to enter the learning page. Follow the prompts to input your driver's license information and start your daily study. After completing the study, apply for the point reduction exam and click on "Proceed to Exam".
