If the vehicle inspection label is lost, you should apply for a replacement. According to Article 13 of the Implementation Regulations of the Road Traffic Safety Law: The motor vehicle inspection qualification label and insurance label should be affixed to the upper right corner of the front window of the motor vehicle. During the validity period of the motor vehicle safety technical inspection and compulsory traffic accident liability insurance, if the motor vehicle inspection qualification label is damaged, lost, or destroyed for any reason, the owner of the motor vehicle should apply for a replacement. The required materials include: 1. Application form for motor vehicle license and certificate; 2. Original and photocopy of the motor vehicle registration certificate; 3. Original and photocopy of the owner's ID card.
