What to Do If the Fuel Tank Under the Chassis is Scratched and Leaking?

If you find the fuel tank leaking, you can clean the leaking area and apply soap or chewing gum to temporarily seal the leak. When the fuel pipe is cracked, clean the cracked area, apply soap, wrap it with cloth or tape, and then apply another layer of soap. If the fuel pipe is broken, find a rubber or plastic tube with a similar diameter to the fuel pipe for connection. Secure both ends with wire. If the engine fuel pipe joint is leaking, wrap cotton yarn around the lower edge of the "horn" and tighten the fuel pipe nut and joint. Soften the soap with water, knead it into a putty-like consistency, and press it into the leaking area of the radiator. Filling the cooling fins can temporarily stop the leak.
