ETC needs to be reinstalled and reactivated if it falls off. The installation process for the ETC device is as follows: Upon receiving the device, first check whether the ETC card and the electronic tag (OBU) are damaged. Press the anti-tamper button on the back of the OBU. The red light will briefly turn on, and the OLED screen will display "Tag Invalid" or "Please Insert Card," indicating the device is functioning normally. Clean the front windshield to ensure the surface is smooth, clean, and dry. Then peel off the protective film on the back of the OBU and stick it to the installation location. Press firmly for 2-3 minutes to remove air bubbles. Insert the ETC card with the front facing the driver and the back facing the windshield. The chip should be inserted into the OBU device. Method to activate the ETC device: Insert and remove the ETC card twice in succession until the electronic tag screen displays "Bluetooth On." If "Tag Invalid" appears when inserting and removing the card twice without attaching the electronic tag, this is normal and does not affect activation. Alternatively, press the button on the top of the electronic tag to enable Bluetooth. Turn on Bluetooth on your phone and open the corresponding mobile app (usually a QR code for downloading is provided on the electronic tag). Enter the device activation interface. Click "Connect Device" and wait patiently for the "Connection Successful" prompt. After successful connection, upload a photo of the vehicle's front to complete activation.

Is it okay to leave the car parked for 2 days in snowy weather?

It is not okay to leave the car parked for 2 days in snowy weather. Allow time for snow removal: The biggest impact is that snow will directly cover the car, often accumulating over 30 centimeters by the next morning. You need to leave early for work to allow time to clear the snow. Failure to use antifreeze can cause problems: If the vehicle's radiator does not contain antifreeze, it is prone to issues like radiator swelling or cylinder block cracking. The car battery will be affected: Additionally, extremely cold weather poses a significant challenge to the car battery. Battery performance noticeably declines in winter, and if the battery is already aging, it may fail to start the engine after just one night.

What are the new technologies in automotive chassis?

Automotive chassis new technologies include the following: Electronic Stability Control System: Primarily intervenes actively in the vehicle's driving state during emergencies to prevent loss of control during high-speed cornering or braking. Traction Control System: Determines whether the drive wheels are slipping based on the rotation speed of the drive wheels and the driven wheels. Tire Pressure Monitoring System: Continuously monitors tire pressure in real-time during driving and alerts the driver to tire leaks or low pressure to ensure driving safety. Adaptive Cruise Control. Adaptive Cruise Control System is an intelligent automatic control system developed on the basis of the existing cruise control technology.

Are there any promotions at car 4S stores during Double 11?

Double 11 car 4S stores do not have promotions. Choosing and purchasing your favorite car: First, select a car you like within your budget. If you're a bit short on funds and don't want to opt for installment payments, consider purchasing slightly damaged cars from 4S stores, such as those with minor paint scratches, etc. The store will sign a contract with you, which won't affect the warranty or after-sales service, and they will provide free repairs. These cars are significantly cheaper. You can buy the store's demo car slots: Currently, many stores are annually allocated demo car slots by manufacturers, but some stores don't replace them. Therefore, these stores sell the latest demo car slots, and the cars are still brand new.

What does vehicle type refer to?

Vehicle type refers to a specific form or classification of vehicles. Introduction to vehicle types: It denotes a particular form of vehicle, distinguished by common characteristics, intended use, and functionality. Examples include sedans/trucks/buses/trailers/incomplete vehicles and motorcycles, each being a separate category. Large vehicles: Length ≥6m or seating capacity ≥20 persons. For variable seating arrangements, the maximum capacity determines the classification. Seating capacity includes the driver (same applies below); Medium vehicles: length <6m, seating capacity >9 and <20 persons. Small vehicles: Length <6m, seating capacity ≤9 persons. Mini vehicles: length ≤3.5m, total engine cylinder displacement ≤1 liter.

Transmission Warning Light Comes On and Then Disappears After Restart?

There are several reasons why the transmission warning light comes on and then disappears after restarting: Failure of transmission electronic components: Intermittent or persistent faults in the electronic components of an automatic transmission can cause the transmission warning light to illuminate intermittently or continuously as an alert. The transmission may enter a limp mode (where it does not shift gears, the engine runs at high RPM, and acceleration is sluggish). Mechanical failure in the transmission: Severe mechanical failures in an automatic transmission, such as engine idling, transmission slipping, clutch burnout, or failure to move despite acceleration, can trigger the transmission control unit to activate a fault alert, causing the transmission warning light to illuminate.

What is the working principle of the crankshaft position sensor?

The principle of the crankshaft position sensor is to determine the position of the crankshaft, i.e., the angle of the crankshaft. It usually works in conjunction with the camshaft position sensor to determine the basic ignition timing. The following is a related introduction: The crankshaft position sensor is used to detect engine speed, piston top dead center, and the angle of the crankshaft. These parameters are the main control parameters for calculating the air-fuel ratio of the mixture and performing ignition adjustment. The crankshaft position sensor sends these parameters in the form of signals to the engine control unit. If the crankshaft position sensor fails, the signal cannot trigger the electronic ignition (or ECU) to work, which will result in the engine not receiving an ignition command and no fuel injection. In this case, the engine will not start.
