What to Do If Driving License Points Cannot Be Found?

Open Alipay, click on 'More', select 'Owner Services' under 'Convenience Life', enter your ID number in the 'Driver Points' section, and click 'Query'. Use the mobile app 'Traffic Management 12123' to check the remaining points on your driving license. Open the app and click to enter the homepage. On the homepage, you will see the accumulated points on the right side of the driving license section at the top of the page, allowing you to know the remaining points on your driving license. Directly click on the 'Driving License' function on the homepage to enter the driving license page, where you can also view the accumulated points on your driving license.
I've encountered this issue twice before, don't panic yet. The most common reason for failing to check scores is entering the wrong ID number or file number. I solved it by carefully retyping every letter from my driver's license. If the information is correct, the system might be undergoing maintenance - during the last major 12123 update, I had to wait three hours before checking. If you're in a hurry, go to the DMV self-service machine and swipe your ID card - it's much more stable than mobile queries. Remember to avoid peak hours like Monday mornings or Friday afternoons, otherwise you'll waste time in queues. If the self-service machine also fails, go directly to the counter - they can usually check their internal system for abnormalities. However, this situation is rare - most car owners I know solved it by trying a few more times.
