What to Do If 24 Points Are Deducted from the Driving License?

Accept the fine. According to the new regulations on driving license points deduction, if three driving licenses cannot cover the penalty points for one vehicle's violations, use one's own driving license to deduct the points. Under the new traffic regulations, if the license is suspended and 12 to 24 points are deducted, the driver must participate in the study and examination of road traffic safety laws, regulations, and related knowledge. If more than 24 points are deducted, the driver must also take the road driving skills test. If all tests are passed, the fines are paid, and all deducted points will be cleared, the driving license can be retrieved.
I once had my driver's license deducted 24 points due to accumulated speeding and running red lights. After receiving the traffic police notice, I had to attend a 7-day traffic safety education course at a designated location within 15 days. After completing the course, I took an exam - passing it removed 12 points, but I still had to retake the theoretical exam (Subject 1) for the remaining 12 points. It took me two attempts to pass, during which my license was temporarily suspended and nearly revoked. That experience taught me to drive much slower, and I now use navigation for speed limit alerts. I urge everyone to check penalty records promptly - don't wait until points are maxed out to regret. Safety should always come first.
