General working hours of inspection stations: 8:30 AM - 12:00 PM; 1:30 PM - 5:30 PM. Closed on Saturdays and Sundays. Below is relevant information about vehicle inspections: Conditions: Vehicles whose condition does not match the driving license or registration records, or whose license plates/driving licenses are damaged, incomplete, illegible, or self-made. Notes: No external modifications allowed. Tinted/anti-sun film on windows cannot be too dark (must be able to see interior items clearly from 1 meter away; mainly applies to vans and trucks - no issue for passenger cars with ≤5 seats). Vans and trucks must have enlarged rear license plate numbers. Number of leaf springs cannot be altered. Van seats cannot be added/removed. Fire extinguisher required. No modifications allowed to box truck compartments (no side/roof doors or tailgates). Tire size cannot be changed - tread patterns must match on same axle. Vehicles with unresolved traffic violations or court impoundments cannot undergo annual inspection.
