No additional procedures are required after obtaining a driver's license, but there is a one-year probationary period starting from the date of issuance. Precautions during the probationary period are as follows: 1. No driving alone on highways: Drivers with a probationary license cannot drive on highways unless accompanied by a driver with at least 3 years of driving experience in the passenger seat. 2. No accumulation of 12 penalty points: If a driver with a C1 license accumulates 12 penalty points during the probationary period, their probationary driving qualification will be revoked. 3.
