What procedures are required for filling a fuel canister?

If it is necessary to purchase retail gasoline for normal production or daily life activities, the purchaser must present a purchase certificate issued by their employer or the local sub-district office (village committee), specifying the purpose of purchase, quantity, purchaser's details, etc. The purchaser must carry the fuel purchase certificate, ID card, and a metal container that meets safety requirements. After verification and registration by the gas station, the fuel canister can be filled. Additionally, if gasoline is needed for agricultural machinery operations such as rice transplanters or motorized plant protection equipment, the procedures must follow the relevant requirements of the "Notice on Matters Related to Fuel Canister Filling for Agricultural Machinery Operations" (Su Nong Ji Guan [2010] No. 19) issued by the Provincial Agricultural Machinery Bureau and the Safety Supervision Bureau. Specifically, the local township (town, sub-district) agricultural machinery authority or the village (residential) committee where the operator is registered, or the agricultural machinery cooperative, must verify the fuel quantity and operation period for machinery like rice transplanters or motorized plant protection equipment and issue a fuel purchase certificate. The operator must present the fuel purchase certificate, ID card, and a metal container that meets safety requirements. After verification and registration by the gas station, the fuel canister can be filled. Fuel canister quantity limits: For each rice transplanter or motorized plant protection equipment, the daily fuel filling must not exceed 20 liters, and for seated rice transplanters, the daily fuel filling must not exceed 30 liters. Gasoline storage: Gasoline has strong volatility, so inadequate sealing can easily lead to gasoline vapor poisoning. Industrially, such gasoline is stored at low temperatures to maintain its solid state. Gasoline should be stored in a cool, ventilated warehouse, away from ignition sources and heat. The warehouse temperature should not exceed 30°C. It should be stored separately from oxidizers, reducers, alkalis, and food chemicals, and mixed storage must be avoided. Explosion-proof lighting and ventilation facilities should be used. Machinery and tools that may generate sparks are prohibited, and the storage area should be equipped with leak emergency response equipment and appropriate containment materials.
I've been driving for over 20 years, and the refueling procedure is actually quite simple. If you're referring to filling up a car's fuel tank or personal containers, you generally go to the gas station where staff will first ask you to turn off the engine and park, then check if the container is secure and leak-free. You'll need to present your ID or driver's license for registration to prevent gasoline misuse or theft. Multiple payment methods are available - cash, card, or digital payments - and it's advisable to prepare in advance to avoid queues. Safety precautions are crucial: no smoking or phone use nearby, and ensure the fuel cap is tightly sealed to prevent leaks. The process usually takes just 2-3 minutes. When I encounter new drivers, I often remind them to monitor the fuel gauge and fill an appropriate amount.
