What modifications are typically made to the Volkswagen Santana?

The Volkswagen Santana modifications include adding a center armrest, installing sports car seats, and a sports steering wheel. Wheel rim modification regulations: Firstly, you can modify the color of the vehicle's wheel rims, or change the style of the rims, both of which are normal practices. However, you cannot directly alter the size of the wheel rims. After changing the size of the vehicle's wheel rims, you must also change the tire specifications and complete the registration and filing procedures. Otherwise, driving the vehicle on the road will be considered illegal. Function of wheel rims: The wheel rims of a vehicle are crucial components that connect the body to the tires and are essential for the vehicle's operation. If the wheel rims are damaged, the vehicle will not be able to function properly. If damage occurs while driving, it can cause the vehicle to lose control, leading to serious traffic accidents.
Back in my younger days, playing around with the Santana was my favorite pastime. Swapping in a 1.8T turbocharged engine was basic, and modifying it with a straight-through exhaust made the sound especially thrilling. The steering wheel had to be replaced with a woodgrain one, and the seats were upholstered in genuine red and black leather. Lowering the body to a one-finger gap and fitting 15-inch BBS wheels gave it that perfect retro look. The taillights were tinted black, and a '90s-style front lip spoiler was added to the bumper, finishing it off with a metallic emerald green wrap. Just a heads-up though, nowadays remember to register any modifications, keep the spoiler height under 30cm, and ensure the exhaust decibels don’t exceed limits—otherwise, you’ll definitely run into issues during inspection.
