What Lights to Use When Driving at Night?

When driving at night, turn on the low beams, and always use turn signals when making turns. Urban roads are well-equipped with lighting facilities, so there's no need to use high beams. However, when encountering sections with insufficient lighting ahead, switch to high beams as they are positioned higher than low beams, enabling illumination of distant and elevated objects. Low beams are designed for short-range lighting, featuring wide coverage but limited projection distance, with non-adjustable focus. In urban areas with heavy traffic, using high beams not only causes glare for oncoming vehicles but also affects the visibility of pedestrians on both sides of the road.
