What License is Required to Drive a Non-Standard Vehicle?

Non-standard vehicles require a C3 license to be driven. Introduction to the C3 License: The C3 license is a low-speed truck driving license. According to the 'Regulations on the Application and Use of Motor Vehicle Driving Licenses,' the C3 license only permits the operation of low-speed trucks and three-wheeled vehicles. It does not authorize the driving of any other vehicle types. The vehicles must be less than 6 meters in length and have a total weight under 4,500 kg. Age Requirement: The C3 license can be obtained by individuals aged 18 to 60. The C1 license covers vehicle types including C1, C2, C3, and C4, making the C3 license quite limited in scope. Relevant Penalties: Four-wheel low-speed trucks with agricultural machinery licenses cannot be driven with a C3 license. In most regions, vehicles with agricultural machinery licenses require an agricultural machinery driving license, which is issued by the Agricultural Machinery Bureau after passing the required tests. Driving agricultural machinery vehicles with a C3 license will be treated as driving without a valid license, resulting in fines, demerit points, and license revocation.
