What Issues Does Tesla Have?

From the statement issued by Tesla China yesterday, it is evident that Tesla, as a large corporation, bullies its customers and does not take the quality issues of its vehicles seriously at all! Judging by the domineering attitude Tesla adopts when dealing with Chinese consumers' demands to address quality problems in Tesla vehicles, their conclusion is: brake failure is caused by consumers driving at high speeds! May we ask Tesla: what is the maximum designed speed of your Tesla vehicles' AI dashboard? It's basically 280 km/h! Furthermore, China's traffic management system is among the strictest in the world! Electronic police surveillance is tight, and with severe traffic congestion in urban areas, is high-speed driving even possible? Unless the car turns into an airplane and flies in the sky! From yesterday's video, we could see a vulnerable female consumer being manhandled by several burly men like a chicken—this is truly adding insult to injury! How can they treat their own countrymen like this? The double standards in Tesla's sales and after-sales service in China regarding quality issues should be condemned! Vulnerable consumers resorting to angry protests is a last resort. Tesla's after-sales service in the Chinese market is subjectively passive and lagging, and it is this poor after-sales service that is the root cause of this incident! This is by no means a publicity stunt! When a salaried worker spends hundreds of thousands to buy a problematic Tesla, only to be given all sorts of excuses for not resolving the issue, it's time to give Tesla a red card! Another method used for high-end vehicles or modifications is to design an independent brake caliper for the rear wheels, sharing the same brake disc with the service brakes.
I've been driving a Tesla for several years. The car has strong power and is fuel-efficient, but it also has many issues. For example, the Autopilot system sometimes misjudges situations and suddenly brakes in rainy or foggy weather, which scares me and makes me flustered. I have to keep a close eye on the road to stay safe. Software updates are frequent, but several times I've encountered the central control screen freezing, requiring a full vehicle restart to fix, which delays my trips. The interior has a high-tech feel, but the leather is prone to wear and tear, making cleaning time-consuming and costly. In winter, the battery range drops significantly, with a full charge losing about 20% of its range on long trips. Charging stations also require advance planning, and in suburban areas, service is limited, leading to long waits and queues, which is frustrating. These issues are common in owner groups, and I suggest paying more attention to detail improvements during new car testing.
