Automotive cooling fan works by utilizing the principle of electromagnetic induction, using Hall sensing components as synchronous detection devices to control a set of circuits, switching the energizing sequence of windings to generate a rotating magnetic field, thereby achieving a new type of electromechanical integrated fan with electronic commutation. The cooling fan is installed between the engine and the radiator. When the fan blades rotate driven by the engine, they generate high-speed airflow, which carries away the heat from the coolant in the radiator, thereby achieving the purpose of cooling the engine. The reasons why the cooling fan does not rotate are: 1. The coolant temperature has not reached the required level; 2. Relay failure; 3. Issues with the temperature control switch.
