The steps for using the Zotye T600 timing tool are as follows: 1. Remove the spark plugs of the first and second cylinders, insert two welding rods of the same length, and then rotate them until the two rods are level in height. 2. There are two small round holes on the camshaft. Rotate the camshaft to align these two points vertically upward, and fix them with a special tool. Align the double points on the crankshaft pulley with the double points on the timing belt cover, and ensure the timing trigger protrusion on the upper camshaft with the position sensor is directly opposite the position sensor. The intake cam opens slightly earlier than the exhaust cam. 3. Special tools are required for timing alignment to secure the camshaft and crankshaft; without these tools, proper alignment may be difficult to achieve.
