Toyota C-HR is a compact SUV, which belongs to the car line under GAC Toyota. Taking the Toyota C-HR 2020 Elite Edition as an example, its body dimensions are: length 4405 mm, width 1795 mm, height 1565 mm, wheelbase 2640 mm, fuel tank capacity 50 liters, and curb weight 1490 kg. The Toyota C-HR 2020 Elite Edition is equipped with a 2.0L naturally aspirated inline 4-cylinder engine, with a maximum power of 126 kW and a maximum power speed of 6600 rpm. It adopts a front-engine, front-wheel-drive layout, with a front suspension using MacPherson strut independent suspension and a rear suspension using E-type multi-link independent suspension.
I recently test drove the Toyota C-HR and must say its exterior design is incredibly cool. The avant-garde lines and hidden rear door handles make it stand out among small SUVs, especially appealing to young people like me. This car is a compact crossover, primarily designed for urban commuting, targeting the young and trendy demographic. Its body size is just right, making it suitable for city life with limited parking spaces. As a Toyota hybrid model, it comes with an efficient gasoline-electric system, typically achieving around 5 liters per 100 kilometers, which is quite economical. Of course, its price is relatively affordable, starting at around 200,000 RMB, but the trunk space is a bit small, which might be slightly cramped for family trips. It's still recommended to visit a 4S store to experience the design details firsthand before making a decision.
