What is the standard tire pressure for BMW?

The standard tire pressure for BMW is between 2.4 and 2.5 bar. Due to seasonal factors, the tire pressure can be appropriately increased by 0.2 bar in winter and reduced by 0.1 bar in summer. The tire pressure of a BMW can be checked through the tire pressure monitoring system. First, you need to select the tire pressure monitoring option on the central control screen, then choose the tire you want to check, and proceed to view the pressure. By checking the tire pressure, you can clearly identify which specific tire has an issue. If the tire pressure monitoring indicator light comes on (a yellow symbol with an irregular circle, no stamp on top, four small spikes at the bottom, and an exclamation mark inside), there are generally three possible reasons: Abnormal tire pressure. The system will typically alert if the pressure is below 1.8 bar or above 3.0 bar. In this case, the tire should be inspected and the pressure adjusted. The tire pressure monitoring system has not been reset. After inflating the tires, if the tire pressure is not reset in time, the system will still record the previous data, causing the tire pressure monitoring light to illuminate. Simply resetting the tire pressure will resolve this issue. The tire pressure sensor is damaged. The tire pressure sensor, which monitors the tire pressure, is installed inside the tire and connected to the tire inflation valve. If the sensor is damaged during driving, the tire pressure warning light will also come on. For sensor damage, the only solution is to replace it with a new part.
