The speed limit on the Shanglian Expressway is 100 km/h Introduction to the Pinghong Expressway: The Pinghong Expressway refers to the Pingxiang to Hongkoujie Expressway, located within Pingxiang City, Jiangxi Province. It is one of the sections of the Shangli (Hongkoujie) - Lianhua Expressway. It starts at Yejiacao Village near National Highway 320 in Pingxiang Economic Development Zone and ends at the Jiangxi-Hunan border (Hongkoujie) in Jinshan Town, Shangli County, connecting to the Changsha to Liuyang (Hongkoujie) Expressway.
