What is the speed limit for non-motorized lanes?

The maximum speed for non-motorized vehicles shall not exceed 15 kilometers per hour. When riding bicycles, electric bicycles, or tricycles across motor vehicle lanes on road sections, riders should dismount and push their vehicles. If there are crosswalks or pedestrian crossing facilities, they should use them; if there are no crosswalks, no pedestrian crossing facilities, or if it is inconvenient to use such facilities, they may proceed straight after confirming safety. Additional information: Motor vehicles shall not exceed a maximum speed of 30 kilometers per hour under the following circumstances, with tractors, battery-powered vehicles, and wheeled special machinery vehicles not exceeding 15 kilometers per hour: 1. When entering or exiting non-motorized lanes, passing railway crossings, sharp curves, narrow roads, or narrow bridges; 2. When making U-turns, turning, or descending steep slopes; 3. When encountering fog, rain, snow, dust, or hail with visibility within 50 meters; 4. When driving on icy, snowy, or muddy roads; 5. When towing a malfunctioning motor vehicle.
