Due to the minimum speed limit, motorcycles with an engine displacement below 50cc are prohibited from entering highways. According to Article 78 of the Special Provisions for Expressways in the Implementation Regulations of the Road Traffic Safety Law of the People's Republic of China, expressways shall indicate the speed limit for each lane, and motorcycles shall not exceed 80 kilometers per hour. Based on this speed limit regulation, motorcycles are only allowed to drive in the outermost lane of the expressway. Through the interpretation of traffic laws and regulations, the following points are summarized: 1. The driving speed of motorcycles shall not be lower than 60 km/h and shall not exceed 80 km/h. When driving a motorcycle on the expressway, carrying passengers is not allowed, and helmets must be worn. 3.
