What is the size of off-road tires?

Not all off-road vehicles have the same tire specifications: 1. Most tire model markings are in the form of: 215/70R15. The meanings of these numbers are as follows: 215 indicates the tread width in mm, generally ranging from 145 to 285 mm, with intervals of 10 mm. 70 is the aspect ratio, which represents the ratio of the tire sidewall height to the tread width, with 70 indicating 70%. Generally, the aspect ratio ranges from 30% to 80%. Under normal circumstances, regular sedans should not use tires with an aspect ratio >75%, while luxury cars and high-performance sports cars are recommended to use tires with a lower aspect ratio. 2. If a tire is marked as: 6.00—12, this indicates that it is not a radial tire but a bias-ply tire. Such tires are rarely seen on sedans due to their poor safety, load capacity, and high-speed stability, and are mainly used on some low-end off-road vehicles and heavy-duty trucks.
