Three guarantees is the abbreviation for "repair, replacement, and refund" implemented by retail businesses for the goods they sell. It refers to a credit guarantee method adopted by the seller for the items purchased by the buyer within a certain period after the goods enter the consumer field. Contents of the automobile three guarantees policy: Tires, bulbs, batteries, wiper blades, spark plugs, four major filters (air, air conditioning, fuel, oil), brake fluid, brake friction pads, remote control batteries, clutch plates, transmission oil, engine oil and coolant, hydraulic oil. The warranty period for these vulnerable parts will be clearly stated in the warranty manual or three guarantees certificate. The following situations are not covered by the three guarantees: The purchased household automobile product has been notified in writing of defects; the household automobile product is used for rental or other operations; the instruction manual clearly states that modification, adjustment, or disassembly is not allowed, but the consumer modifies, adjusts, or disassembles it on their own, causing damage; product quality problems occur, and the consumer handles it improperly on their own, causing damage; the consumer fails to use, maintain, or repair the product correctly as required by the instruction manual, causing damage; damage caused by force majeure.
