What is the reason why the Audi airbag computer cannot be coded after replacement?

Audi replacement airbag computer cannot be coded because the data upload and recoding process was not performed. Composition of Audi A6 airbag system: The vehicle adopts a multi-point electronic sensor-type airbag system, mainly composed of the following components: control unit, side impact sensors, airbags, contact unit, and seat belt tensioners. The control unit internally includes: 1 electronic acceleration receiver (i.e., frontal collision sensor), microprocessor, 1 mechanical acceleration receiver (used as a safety switch), diagnostic system (with memory), 1 energy accumulator, and 1 crash recorder. Main functions of the control unit: It receives and processes signals from collision sensors and seat belt switches, monitors the status of each actuator, and ultimately issues commands to deploy the airbags, stop the engine, activate the alarm switch, and illuminate the fault light; it also has self-test, system monitoring, fault information storage, and crash recording functions. The airbags include the driver-side steering wheel airbag, front passenger-side airbag, and outer side airbags for the front and rear seats. They are all assembly components consisting of an igniter, projectile, propellant shell, high-pressure inert gas cylinder, airbag, and rupture cover housing, and are the final actuators in the system. Contact unit: It is a connecting element between the steering wheel airbag and the control unit, mainly composed of spiral wires inside, serving a connecting function. The seat belt tensioner consists of an igniter, explosive device, and mechanical locking mechanism. Its function is that when the airbag deploys, this device also activates, automatically locking the seat belt.
