What is the reason for the Mercedes-Benz gla200 having spark but no fuel?

Mercedes-Benz gla200 has spark but no fuel may be due to insufficient fuel pump pressure, clogged fuel injectors, or fuel injector circuit failure. Solutions for insufficient fuel pump pressure: Aging fuel pump motor: Due to aging internal drive coils, the rotation becomes weak. This condition can only be resolved by replacing the fuel pump motor. Clogged fuel pump bottom filter screen: There is a coarse filter at the bottom of the fuel pump, which is a device for fuel filtration. If severely clogged, it can cause poor fuel intake, leading to low pressure. Cleaning the filter screen can solve the issue. Damaged internal fuel pump return valve: The fuel pump has an internal return valve to prevent excessive pressure in the pipeline from damaging the fuel line. If this return valve is faulty, it will start to release pressure at a very low level, thus failing to ensure normal fuel supply pressure. Replacing the entire fuel pump assembly is necessary to resolve this issue. Impact of clogged fuel injectors on the vehicle: The performance of the fuel injectors plays a fundamental role in the power output of each engine. Poor fuel quality can cause the injectors to malfunction, leading to severe carbon deposits in the cylinders, accelerated wear of the cylinder liners and piston rings, unstable idling, increased fuel consumption, lack of acceleration power, difficulty starting, and excessive emissions. In severe cases, it can completely clog the injectors and damage the engine. Therefore, it is essential to clean the injectors regularly. However, not cleaning them for a long time or cleaning them too frequently can both have adverse effects.
