What is the reason for rainwater leaking into the Lavida's air conditioning filter port?

The reason for water leakage in the car air conditioning system may be improper installation of the unit, poor drainage pipe, condensation on the pipes, or dripping from the heat exchanger. Improper installation: The indoor unit is tilted, and the direction of the pipe port is too high. Poor drainage pipe: The drainage pipe is loose or bent into a wave shape, causing poor drainage. Condensation on the pipes: The insulation material on the pipes is too poor or too thin, causing condensation when the refrigerant passes through the pipes. Dripping from the heat exchanger: The heat exchanger is covered with dust, causing uneven temperature distribution, which leads to the formation of water droplets in the middle of the heat exchanger. These droplets fall outside the water collection tray and drip indoors. Insufficient refrigerant in the air conditioning system can cause the indoor unit to freeze, and the melted ice does not directly drip into the water collection tray.
