1.5L, CVT version Honda Inspire owner-reported fuel consumption range: 6.84~8.88, average fuel consumption 7.86. 2.0L, E-CVT (hybrid) version Honda Inspire owner-reported fuel consumption range: 4.91~5.96, average fuel consumption 5.44. Additional relevant data as follows: 1. In terms of body dimensions, the Inspire measures 4910mm/1862mm/1450mm in length/width/height, with a wheelbase of 2830mm. 2. Due to body styling factors, the Inspire has advantages over the Camry in both length and width, but falls short in height compared to its competitor.
I've been driving the Inspire Hybrid for almost half a year now, and here's my real-world fuel consumption experience. My model is the 2021 Sharp Intelligence edition, commuting daily on Beijing's Third Ring Road. In heavy traffic, fuel consumption stays just above 6L/100km, while on smooth ring roads it can drop to around 4.8L/100km. On my last long-distance trip with three adults and luggage running AC throughout the 530km journey, I refueled 27 liters of 92-octane gasoline, working out to approximately 5.1L/100km. The hybrid system is particularly sensitive to driving habits - frequent hard braking and aggressive acceleration reduce battery charge/discharge efficiency, causing the display to show up to 6.5L/100km. Cold weather increases consumption; in winter, turning on seat heaters 10 minutes before leaving the underground parking saves about 0.8L compared to directly using AC. Personally, I find it slightly more fuel-efficient than my colleague's Accord Hybrid.
